Supplement your dog’s diet with flaxseed oil to strengthen his skin’s immunity to contact irritants. Dr. Autumn Drouin, DVM, author of Allergy Cover-Up, suggests essential fatty acids in flaxseed oil and salmon oil might reduce effect of allergic reaction.
